1. General Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing a vehicle, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Budget Cars Isle of Man's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Our business is located at Unit B1, Colas Drive, Ballasalla, Isle of Man, IM9 2AQ.

2. Vehicle Sales and Description

We make every effort to ensure that the vehicle descriptions, prices, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to change details or withdraw vehicles from sale without notice.

All vehicles are safety checked and serviced prior to advertising. Mileage readings are approximate and should not be relied upon as entirely accurate unless specifically stated in writing.

3. 90-Day Warranty

We are committed to providing quality vehicles. We provide a 90-day warranty on all vehicle sales.

This warranty covers major mechanical failures. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by driver negligence, accidents, or lack of routine maintenance. Detailed warranty documentation will be provided at the time of sale.

4. Test Drives

Test drives are available by appointment. You must hold a valid Isle of Man or UK driving license to test drive a vehicle. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive at our discretion.

5. Payment and Finance

Full payment must be received in cleared funds before a vehicle can be released. We accept bank transfers and most major debit/credit cards.

Finance options may be available through our partner, Conister Bank. All finance is subject to status and approval by the finance provider. Budget Cars Isle of Man acts as a credit broker, not a lender.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
